Hartland

Famed for it's wild, unspoilt beauty, Hartland well deserves it Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty AONB status. Sparsely populated and windswept it's cliffs tower over the Atlantic below.

Where Bideford Bay meets the Atlantic Hartland Point Lighthouse faces out to Lundy Island. In the past Lundy was a refuge for pirates and is documented to have offered shelter in its lee for upwards of 200 ships at a time during storms.

Infamous for it's days of wrecking, this harsh and spectacular coast is now particuarly popular with walkers on the South West Coast Path.

Clients to date include Blegberry Holiday Cottages, Cheristow Holiday Cottages, Hartland Point Kiosk and Southdown Bed & Breakfast.
